CHALLENGE STRENGTH & BALANCE 🔥 Single leg kettlebell goblet squat⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣ begin standing on one leg with foot pointing straight ahead ⠀ 2️⃣ maintain a straight back, keeping weight over the ball of the foot⠀ 3️⃣ raise the non-supporting foot slightly ⠀ 4️⃣ hinge at the hips lowering into a squat ⠀ 5️⃣ start with small range squats and over time you can progress lower if comfortable & can also hold a weight for added intensity ⠀ *Try for 10 on each leg.
