First and foremost thank you for arriving at my blog and taking the time to invest in you and me.
In being fully open writing has never been something that I have overly enjoyed or found has come easy. In fact, it is something that I have actively put off from doing the past 3 months due to fear. Fear of the struggle of writer’s block, fear that my content won’t help folks, fear that it may be rejected, and in fear of the time it might take away from other areas in my life.
So why start today?
The above fears, are simply barriers I have put in my own way that aren’t founded in logic or reason. Which makes me… human. Unknowingly we often create many barriers about our world, our knowledge and our lives that stop us from living up to our fullest potential. The truth is that we are all capable of creating time and opportunity in our lives to create content, help others, and chase our dreams. I’m choosing to make that time NOW. Stepping away from a “steady” paycheck in late October 2017 has only further reinforced this concept. We all have talents, knowledge, skills and opportunities to change people’s lives!
I have finally become emotionally committed and focused to getting this blog off the ground because I know that it has the potential to help others live healthier and happier lives ( As do all of you reading this blog I might add).
So what can you find here?
My goal in this blog is to provide information to help my readers grow as people improving health and mindset. I want to help you become more informed regarding your health, wellness, rehab and beyond in a format that is easy to digest. You will find articles about injury, nutrition, wellness, pain, sleep and performance.
